Web 2.0 – ur doin it wrong
Let’s talk, use this amazing vehicle called the internet and Twitter. BUT PRIVATELY. Telstra, a communications company proving it just doesn’t get Web 2.0. Or customer service. Or transparency. Brought to my attention by the fake Stephen Conroy twitter.com/stephenconroy

Why would they wake up and get it to day – have you seen their home page – it’s not Telstra – its the dumb marketing morons who are not able to talk and listen at the same time. Social Networks are not a market. This results in dumb policy and crap service. And guess what, they own the pipes which is maybe why our interwebs are so slow.
