The least labor-intensive workflow for this in Moodle 2.2 that we can come up with is this:
1) Create Folder and add files in each week using the Resource tool. Ensure folder names would make sense outside the week/topic.
2) Duplicate the folder resources using the wonderful new duplication tool
3) Move the folder resources to Resource Centre (turning off Ajax so can more easily drag and drop) 4) Create Labels in Resource Centre topic and sort the readings by Module (the 25 weeks are broken out into 3 Modules of varying lengths)
